COVID Policies
Do I need to wear a face mask? Visiting a new church for the first time is a big step so here are some tips to make it less daunting!

As we continue to try to safely navigate the ever-changing COVID situation, Hubbard Church recommends these safety guidelines. These guidelines are based on guidance from the MN Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and therefore are subject to change as necessary:
Masks
- Face masks are not required, however we do continue to recommend wearing a high-quality mask during indoor gatherings as the need arises.
- To protect the most vulnerable among us, Hubbard Church recommends/but does not require being fully vaccinated.
Worship
- Join us for in-person worship Sundays at 9:00am.
- Registration for worship is not required.
- Singing during worship is permitted.
- If you test positive for COVID, we ask that you quarantine for at least 5 days before returning to in-person activities at Hubbard Church.
- If you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID, please enjoy our online services.
- Online worship is available, Live on Sundays at 9:00am or on demand anytime at www.hubbardumc.org.
- Groups can gather in the building, but room capacity limits will determine what space is available.
- If you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID, please refrain from attending in-person activities. If you test positive for COVID, we ask that you quarantine for at least 5 days before returning to in-person activities at Hubbard Church.
Funerals and Weddings
- Funerals and weddings may be held with no capacity restrictions.
COVID Exposure
- If you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID, please do not attend in-person activities at Hubbard Church.
- If you test positive for COVID, we ask that you quarantine for at least 5 days before returning to in-person activities at HUMC. Messiah Church is following the quarantine guidelines set forth by the MN Department of Health. If you have any questions surrounding these guidelines, please visit their website at www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/coronavirus/contact.pdf.

Sunday Worship Services
We offer Sunday Worship Service at 9:00 am. Face masks are not required at this time.
Come As You Are Attire
No need to get dressed up when you come (unless you want to!). We’re an informal group who like to dress casually, pray fervently, worship passionately, and grow in our knowledge of and relationship with the one true God.
Sunday Coffee Hour
Following our worship service, join us in the Fellowship Hall for refreshments. Friendly people from the Hubbard Church family would like to meet you and tell you more about HUMC.
